- Berraies Law Firm will evaluate and confirm its acceptance of handling legal missions within 24 business hours upon receipt of the relevant fees.
- Our firm specializes in a diverse range of legal domains, including but not limited to:

- Customs law
- Transportation law
- Banking and financial law
- intellectual property law
- Debt collection law
- Family law
- The remote and electronic services are available for specific and straightforward legal questions or missions within these domains.
- Information exchanged within the scope of any remote or electronic legal service remains strictly confidential between the Client and Berraies Law Firm.
- All communications are protected by attorney-client privilege, as defined in the Principles of the Legal Profession.
- Berraies Law Firm is under a strict professional duty of confidentiality to its clients in respect of confidential information entrusted to it.
- BLF is committed to keeping its clients fully informed throughout the period during which it is acting for them.
- This includes letting clients know who is working on the matter, keeping clients updated on progress, advising clients of any potential problems or delay.
- Clients are requested to advise BLF as soon as reasonably practicable of any developments that may affect any matter upon which BLF has been instructed.
- In accordance with professional rules governing the conduct of lawyers, BLF shall not act for any other client on any matter on which it is already acting for a specified client unless it has that client’s express agreement that it may do so.
- Clients agree that BLF shall otherwise be free to act for any other client unless Berraies Law Firm concludes that it would be inappropriate to do so.
- A client’s interest and the interests of another client of BLF may conflict in any number of circumstances.
- These Terms of Engagement shall be governed by Tunisian Laws.
- Any unresolved dispute arising therefrom shall be subject to the regulations Jurisdiction of the Courts of Tunis I.
